curry!!!

I was craving chicken curry at work and I could think of the last hour of work was food especially curry - I lied, I think of food 24 hrs a day....So anyways, I did a little research on curry recipes and was on my way to a chinese market after work to get some ingredients for my curry.....After a few cans of coconut milk and coconut powder, I finally got the flavor I wanted that was similar to the restaurant... then voooi-la!

kimster's wedding....lovliest wedding ever.

2 weeks ago, my buddy got married and I thought it was one of the most beautifuliest weddings I've been too. I thought the center piece was really nice and simple.

So during the afternoon at the groom's place, the bride and groom did their tea ceremony. And while they were preoccupied inside the house, I decided to have the boy take a picture of me outside someone's lawn...not a really good background...As you can see in the picture, I really suck ass with the artsy photographer stuff, what can I say, I'm a seamstress not a photographer!
The other day, I was trying to thinking of a new project to start on. I had already made a gazillion Factory Junkie signature bags (soon to be posted)...So, since I had some trims leftover and needed a leashes for my dogs, I made these new thingys..



I'm not fully satisfied with them though, they are just trial leashes...yes, I'm thaaat picky.

So the computer has been out of commission for a while now, that is why I haven't been up to date on the blog...besides, I had been super busy with numerous things..like friend's wedding, bachelorette and working on my stuff....hey hey hey.Check out this huge ass spider I found crawling up the wall behind my t.v a few days ago! It was seriously the size of half my palm.....I thought it looked really cute and cool so I decided to spare its life, adopted it and named it Mikey. Mikey better becareful and not crawl on me while I sleep cuz I heard that the average person unintentionally eats 10 spiders while they are sleeping during thier lifetime. hmmm......I wonder why I haven't seen him lately...*shrugs...

I had the best birthday celebration a girlie could ask for. I want to thank all of my friends for coming to have a few drinks with me. I loved it very mucho! Extra shout out to those who drove a distance. Dinner was great and more people than I expected showed up at my favorite little bar called the Far Bar in Little Tokyo. (dang that sounds like a fucken awards acceptance speech. ya know) Anyways, it was awesome to see people who I rarely see come visit me. *tear...

To some of your surprise, No, I did not see the porcelain god that night. I had very good self control, as I really didn't want to ruin the night with my girls holding up my hair as fall on my knees amd I puke on the street. I also wanted to save myself from the embarassment of laughing like a mad woman running around giving everybody the nipple grab while I proclaim my love for them. No no, that did not happen. I just wanted to enjoy and remember the night.

However, the winner that night went did go to Chris (Diane's Chris). Yay!

So, as I turn 30, it feels like a time to reflect..eh..fuck reflecting...the economy is going down the shit hole, gas cost $10 a gallon and I'm still living at home! enjoy livin now!

Turning 30 is just really an excuse for me to get off my lazy ass and start posting stuff for FactoryJunkie, my passion. Seriously, I've made so much stuff that I want to sell that my garage is piling up! argh!

So, my buddy from work recently bought some fabric for me to design her a doggie bag/one where she can put her mini dog in and carry her around. Instead I cut up some fabric to make a doggie harness for her. Here's her chihuahua Macie modeling it.
